They are aware of all the issues reguarding banned accounts, missing items, Station Cash, missing expansions, etc....Dragons Prophet launched today about the same time these issues began, so maybe they are related in some weird way....

Yeah I had some issues last night during raids - my toon froze and I couldn't move (like shift key was stuck but I couldn't get it unstuck). Normally just relogging fixes that, this time it didn't. So I rebooted. Patched again - and it said I owned 0/19 expansions and Rosie was level 50. WTF?!?! So I patched AGAIN - fixed. So strange.
